The Tech Invaders method is based on five pillars:
1. Professional success of the founders:Hugo Colusso worked at Google for seven years, in Dublin and Paris, and successfully completed 17 interviews during his time with the company. He was supported by Clara Dufournaud, who worked at Google for five years and at TikTok for one year, and successfully completed 22 interviews. Both are passionate about coaching and have been mentoring talented individuals for years. Together, they have condensed all their experience, knowledge, and methodologies that enabled them to join and advance within the best tech companies into the Tech Invaders Bootcamp, an interactive and educational online training program that combines live workshop practice, video theory, and mindset change.
2. 7 years of field experience at the heart of Tech: Together, they have supported more than 1,000 companies, from startups to large corporations, with their transformation challenges in areas such as digital marketing, cloud computing, AI, application deployment, and security. This enables them to help learners understand the technological developments that are transforming the world, identify the professions that are recruiting, and tailor their applications.
3. Summary of recognised programs: They draw on their experience in personal development training through recognized programs such as Life Design, Search Inside Yourself, Pivot Method, Consultative Selling, Challenger Sales, and certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Cloud, etc.), which they share during the Tech Invaders Bootcamp. Hugo joined Google's internal “G2G” career coaching program to help Google employees advance in their careers. Clara trained in coaching.
4. Recruitment experience: Hugo and Clara were trained in recruitment at Google and have interviewed dozens of candidates according to Google's selection criteria. They are familiar with the requirements expected by recruiters for sales, marketing, and partnership positions, and regularly update their knowledge through their network of contacts at tech giants. No confidential information is shared. We plan to add testimonials on product, engineering, data, and other professions.
5. Results: Our students go on to work for top companies such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon, LinkedIn, Hubspot, Ubisoft, Payfit, YouTube, and more. Our active network within these companies allows us to regularly update the program. See testimonials. We compile a library of feedback from our students following their interviews in order to stay up to date with company requirements.
YES, the program is designed so that you can follow it alongside your main activity. All videos are available on demand. Workshops are scheduled during lunch breaks (from 12pm to 1pm) or in the evenings at 6pm or 7pm, so you can attend! They are then available to watch again if you are unable to attend on the day. And we're flexible—if you miss a workshop with your class, you can log in to the same workshop during the next boot camp :)

1. Notre propre expérience de candidats Google et Tiktok: Clara a réussi 22 entretiens chez Google et Tiktok, et j'en ai réussi 17 pour ma part chez Google, sur les 7 dernières années. On sait ce qui fonctionne.
2. Notre expérience de recruteurs Google et Tiktok : on a été formés à faire passer des entretiens. Chez Google, tu contribues directement à l'effort de recrutement de tes équipes. Nous avons été formés à faire passer des entretiens, en tant que recruteur, à poser les bonnes questions, à analyser les traits de compétences recherchées (leadership, problem solving, googleyness, cognitive abilities, ....), à donner du feedback aux RHs, à donner notre avis sur un candidat.
3. Les REX de nos invaders : nos élèves passent des entretiens dans toutes les plus grandes entreprises de la Tech (Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Hubspot, Salesforce, TikTok, Meta, Notion, ...) et nous partagent leurs retors d'expérience (nombre de rounds, questions posées, feedbacks reçus).
4. Les acteurs de la Tech actuels : notre réseau est constitué de talents qui travaillent chez Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Spotify, Tiktok... Ils occupent à la fois des fonctions métiers (Sales, Marketing, partnerships) que des postes de recrutement (RH, Talent Sourcer, etc..). Nous échangeons en continu avec ce réseau pour suivre les dernières actualités, exigences pratiques de recrutement, afin d'améliorer notre programme en continu.
Les processus des géants de la Tech sont standardisés dans l'industrie. Ils suivent tous la même logique, à travers toutes les géographies (NorthAM, EMEA, APAC, Middle East,...). Par exemple, nous avons accompagné Josh qui vient de signer au Canada (voir témoignage plus bas), plusieurs élèves qui ont signé à Dublin. Notre réseau s'étend à New York, San Francisco, Singapour, Dubai, ce qui nous permet de rester à l'affût des exigences internationales. Nous te formerons pour que tu intègres les processus les exigeants de la planète, tu auras toutes les clés pour rendre ton profil irrésistible aux yeux des recruteurs du monde entier.

Déjà BRAVO, c'est une très belle 1ère étape. Si tu veux maximiser tes chances de réussite, nous te conseillons d'accéder directement au dernier module du programme, dédié à la préparation des entretiens. Dans ce module, tu apprends à comprendre les attentes de tous les rounds : Culture Fit avec les RH, Job Fit avec l'équipe ciblée, et tous les Business Cases, Mock Call, Sales Pitch, Panel.... On t'apprend à répondre à toutes les questions (comportementales et situationelles), surtout celles qui te semblent impossible, avec structure, pertinence et méthode. En parallèle, tu peux planifier une séance de coaching avec un des coachs de notre équipes (des top talents de Google, Microsoft, Amazon...) pour simuler un vrai entretien, obtenir du feedback concret d'amélioration et te rendre invincible 🥊
Oui, une fois les ateliers du bootcamp terminés, tu seras accompagné jusqu'à l'atteinte de tes objectifs ! Tu seras un membre Tech Invaders à vie, cela veut dire que tu auras accès à :
- A une séance de coaching de 1h avec un top talent de la Tech qui a travaillé chez Google, Microsoft, Amazon, et qui t'apportera toute son aide, son coaching, ses conseils.
