1. The resume : The biggest obstacle I had to face during my applications was screening. Despite a referral, I did not pass the screenings at Google. The problem? My resume was not optimized and I could no longer take a step back to improve it. The solution? The resume on the grill. -> Result: 2 screenings passed at Google and Amazon
