Why is this method unique?

The Tech Invaders method is based on 5 pillars:

1. Founders' professional success: Hugo Colusso worked for 7 years at Google, in Dublin and Paris, and successfully completed 17 interviews during his career with the company. He relied on Clara Duournaud who worked 5 years at Google and 1 year at TikTok and passed 22 interviews. Both are passionate about coaching and have been supporting talent for years. Together, they have condensed all their experiences, knowledge, methodologies that have allowed them to join and evolve in the best Tech companies, in the Tech Invaders Bootcamp, an interactive and educational online training program that combines practical and educational workshops. Live, theory on video, and change of Mindset.

2. Field experience of 7 years in the heart of Tech: Between them, they have supported more than 1000 companies on their transformational challenges, from start-ups to large groups, on the subjects of digital marketing, cloud, AI, application deployment, security... This allows them to help learners understand the technological developments that are transforming the world, to identify the jobs that recruit, and to personalize their applications.

3. Summary of recognised programs: They rely on their personal development training experiences through recognized programs: Life Design, Search Inside Yourself, Pivot Method, Consultative Selling, Challenger Sales, Certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Cloud...), which they transmit during the Tech Invaders Bootcamp. Hugo has integrated the “G2G” career coaching program internal to Google to support Google employees in growing their careers. Clara trained in coaching.

4. Recruiting experience: Hugo and Clara were trained in recruitment at Google, and interviewed dozens of candidates according to Google selection criteria. They know the requirements expected by recruiters for Sales, Marketing, Partnerships positions, and they regularly update themselves with their network that evolves with Tech giants. No confidential information is shared. We plan to add testimonies on product, engineer, data jobs...

Can I follow the program in parallel with my job or studies?

YES, the program is designed so that you can follow it in parallel with your main activity. All videos are available on demand. The workshops are planned for lunch breaks (from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.) or in the evenings at 6 p.m. or 7 p.m., so you can be there! They are then available in Replay if you are not present on D-day. And we are flexible, if you miss a workshop with your promo, you can connect to the same workshop during the next bootcamp:)

How can you make sure you meet big tech requirements?

We meet the requirements of tech companies thanks to 3 pillars:

1. Our own experience as Google and Tiktok candidates: Clara passed 22 interviews at Google and Tiktok, and I passed 17 at Google, over the last 7 years. We know what works.

2. Our experience as Google and Tiktok recruiters: we were trained to conduct interviews. At Google, you contribute directly to the recruitment effort of your teams. We have been trained to conduct interviews, as a recruiter, to ask the right questions, to analyze the skill traits sought (leadership, problem solving, googleyness, cognitive abilities,...), to give feedback to HR professionals, to give our opinion on a candidate.

3. The REXs of our invaders: our students interview in all the biggest Tech companies (Google, Microsoft, Microsoft, Amazon, Hubspot, Salesforce, TikTok, Meta, Notion,...) and share their feedback with us (number of rounds, questions asked, feedback received).

4. Current Tech players: our network consists of talents who work at Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Spotify, Tiktok... They occupy both business functions (Sales, Marketing, partnerships) and recruitment positions (HR, Talent Sourcer, etc.). We are in continuous exchange with this network to follow the latest news and practical recruitment requirements, in order to continuously improve our program.

The processes of tech giants are standardized in the industry. They all follow the same logic, across all geographies (NorthAm, EMEA, APAC, Middle East,...). For example, we accompanied Josh who has just signed in Canada (see testimony below), several students who signed in Dublin. Our network extends to New York, San Francisco, Singapore, Dubai, which allows us to stay on the lookout for international requirements. We will train you to integrate the most demanding processes on the planet, you will have all the keys to make your profile irresistible in the eyes of recruiters from all over the world.

I have an interview next week, what should I do?!

BRAVO already, it's a very good first step. If you want to maximize your chances of success, we recommend that you directly access the last module of the program, dedicated to interview preparation. In this module, you learn to understand the expectations of all rounds: Culture Fit with HR, Job Fit with the targeted team, and all Business Cases, Mock Call, Sales Pitch, Panel... We teach you how to answer all questions (behavioral and situational), especially those that seem impossible to you, with structure, relevance and method. In parallel, you can plan a coaching session with one of the coaches on our team (top talents from Google, Microsoft, Amazon...) to simulate a real interview, get concrete feedback for improvement and make yourself invincible 🥊

Does the program offer personalised support for finding jobs after training?

Yes, once the bootcamp workshops are over, you will be supported until you reach your goals! You will be a Tech Invaders member for life, which means you will have access to:
- Have a 1-hour coaching session with a top tech talent who worked at Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and who will give you all his help, coaching, advice.
- A monthly Live that I host with you to answer your questions.
- Your Buddy with whom you can train and support you in your search.
