We meet the requirements of tech companies thanks to 3 pillars:
1. Our own experience as Google and Tiktok candidates: Clara passed 22 interviews at Google and Tiktok, and I passed 17 at Google, over the last 7 years. We know what works.
2. Our experience as Google and Tiktok recruiters: we were trained to conduct interviews. At Google, you contribute directly to the recruitment effort of your teams. We have been trained to conduct interviews, as a recruiter, to ask the right questions, to analyze the skill traits sought (leadership, problem solving, googleyness, cognitive abilities,...), to give feedback to HR professionals, to give our opinion on a candidate.
3. The REXs of our invaders: our students interview in all the biggest Tech companies (Google, Microsoft, Microsoft, Amazon, Hubspot, Salesforce, TikTok, Meta, Notion,...) and share their feedback with us (number of rounds, questions asked, feedback received).
4. Current Tech players: our network consists of talents who work at Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Spotify, Tiktok... They occupy both business functions (Sales, Marketing, partnerships) and recruitment positions (HR, Talent Sourcer, etc.). We are in continuous exchange with this network to follow the latest news and practical recruitment requirements, in order to continuously improve our program.
